Eligibility of Udyam Registration:-
- You are a sole proprietor which means you are an individual owner of your business

- You own a One Person Company(OPC)

Documentation of Udyam Registration:-
- The Aadhar number must be of the proprietor in the case of a proprietorship firm, and it should be of the managing partner in the case of a partnership firm.
- In the case of a Limited Liability Partnership or a Company or a Cooperative Society or a Trust, the organization or its authorized signature would be provided its PAN along with its Aadhar number.
Registration Process of Udyam:-
- An MSME needs to apply for an online Udyam Registration in Udyam Registration Portal.
- On successful submission of the application, the enterprise will be assigned “Udyam Registration Number” which is a permanent identity number.
- On the accomplishment of the registration process, the enterprise shall be issued a “Udyam Registration Certificate”.
What is MSME/SSI?
- Investment in plant and machinery should be between 25 lakhs and 5 crores for the manufacturing industries.
- Investment in plant and machinery should be between 10 lakhs and 2 crores for the manufacturing industries.
